Haverhill, MA, February 8, 2018.  IMI, Inc. announced today that they have acquired a Schmoll Modul Single Spindle drilling machine.  This sophisticated drilling system will add to IMI’s capability and will enable IMI to continue to offer world-class drilling registration on higher layer count product as well as when fabricating on demanding PTFE laminates. 

The Modul has upgraded spindle and a CCD micro focus camera system to enable tighter and more precise registration even when drilling the tightest tolerances anywhere on the panel or within the circuitry.
