We are all experiencing unprecedented times dealing with the COVID-19 virus and the concerns and uncertainty that it presents. First and foremost, we hope that everyone is safe and remains virus free. To those who contract the virus your thoughts are with us.

IMI is a fabricator of printed circuit boards and substrates with specific industry focus on the MIL/Aerospace and RF/Microwave markets. Our customers include many prime contractors and their subcontractors who are viewed as "critical essential” by the Department of Defense (see attached memo from the DOD's Ellen Lord). As such, IMI is open for "business as usual”. We have been in contact with key suppliers who have all stated that currently inventory levels of laminate, chemicals, etc. is satisfactory. We have increased orders for raw materials so to stay ahead of demand. If the raw material supply situation changes, we will be communicating so with our customers. We request that in these times our customers provide as much lead time in their ordering of product as possible so to enable our having appropriate inventory. Equally, please note that government rated orders will continue to take priority.

Currently we have no employee with COVID-19 symptoms. We do have capability for office employees to work from home if necessary. However, our intent is to continue as we have with full staff on hand to focus on producing high quality product delivered on time.

We thank all our customers for their patience in these difficult times and trust that we all, together, will come through this safely and stronger.
